Cidade Matarazzo is the largest heritage preservation and adaptive reuse project in Latin America — a multi-billion dollar redevelopment that merges hospitality, culture, and commerce across a sprawling historic site in central São Paulo. Our architects participated in the early modular product strategy and spatial planning for key interior zones, contributing design solutions that respected the architectural integrity of the landmarked buildings while enabling contemporary use. Our approach focused on quiet integration, details that harmonize with the patina of the old while ushering in a sense of modern precision.
